Feeling frustrated by endless symptoms and no clear answers?
True healing starts with understanding — not guessing.

🧠 Knowledge is the sweetest treat because it gives you:
✨ Insight into what your body’s really reacting to
✨ Power to end the cycle of confusion and inflammation
✨ Freedom to eat with confidence again

Food sensitivities can cause inflammation that hides behind fatigue, migraines, skin issues, or tummy troubles — but once you know your triggers, everything changes.

As Kristen White, RDN, CLT says, ā€œTesting is key — without it, it’s a guessing game that leaves many frustrated.ā€

Feed your mind with facts, not fads.
Because when you understand your body, you can finally nourish it right. šŸ’š

Do you ever think your fatigue, mood swings, brain fog or skin flare-ups are ā€œall in your headā€? What if they’re really in your cells? What if invisible inflammation is the culprit?

Here’s the truth—food sensitivities = inflammation in the body = symptoms that feel mental, but are physical. ļæ¼

āø»

šŸ” What’s going on under the hood?
• Sometimes a food that seems ā€œhealthyā€ triggers an immune response without you noticing—because reactions can be delayed by up to 72–96 hours. ļæ¼
• These immune reactions release inflammatory mediators like histamines, cytokines, leukotrienes, and prostaglandins. ļæ¼
• Over time, that silent inflammation shows up as fatigue, skin issues (eczema, rashes), joint pain, digestive upset, headaches or migraines, brain fog, or even mood shifts. ļæ¼

āø»

šŸ’” Why you feel the way you do
• Your body may be trying to tell you that something in your diet isn’t the right fit.
• You might assume it’s stress or ā€œjust aging,ā€ but it could be your immune system quietly over-reacting to something you consume regularly.
• Because symptoms aren’t immediate, it’s easy to blame them on everything but what you eat.

āø»

āœ… What you can do about it
1. Track & Notice
Start a food-and-symptoms journal. When did you eat something? When did you feel awful? Look for patterns.
2. Consider Testing
Food sensitivity testing (like MRT / LEAP approaches used by Food Sensitivity Dietitian) helps you identify which foods your body might be reacting to—even ones you think are ā€œhealthy.ā€ ļæ¼
3. Work With Someone Who Understands
A dietitian trained in food sensitivities can help you craft a diet plan that reduces inflammation without unnecessary or overly restrictive restrictions.

Have you ever eaten something ā€œsafeā€ — maybe a simple salad, fruit, or even rice — and felt fine… only to wake up 1-3 days later with bloating, brain fog, fatigue, migraines, or skin flareups?

That’s the sneaky thing about food sensitivities: reactions can be delayed by 72-96 hours (3–4 days), making them incredibly hard to trace. ļæ¼

āø»

🧩 What ā€œdelayed reactionsā€ really mean
• Your body may quietly mount an immune response, releasing inflammatory mediators (histamines, cytokines, leukotrienes) that cause symptoms days later. ļæ¼
• Because the timing is so offset, you might never connect a food you ate Monday with symptoms on Thursday.
• Reactions don’t always follow typical ā€œallergyā€ patterns — you won’t necessarily see hives or immediate swelling.

✨ You don’t have to play detective forever.
Delayed food reactions are real, but you can bring clarity to your body’s signals — and re-claim your health with confidence.

You don’t have to settle for chronic symptoms as your ā€œnormal.ā€ Here’s why a life without daily discomfort is possible — and what your first steps can look like:

āø»

🌿 Why symptom-free living is possible
• Food sensitivities are hidden sources of inflammation — even ā€œhealthyā€ foods or food chemicals may trigger negative responses in your unique body. ļæ¼
• The MRT (Mediator Release Test) can help identify which foods or food chemicals trigger those inflammatory reactions in YOUR system — and guide a personalized elimination + reintroduction plan. ļæ¼
• Many people see a 50–80% reduction in symptoms within just 2 weeks when they work with a dietitian using the MRT + LEAP protocol. ļæ¼
• Sensitivities often have delayed reactions (24–96 hours later), making it hard to identify triggers on your own. ļæ¼
• True healing means more than symptom suppression — it means getting to the root cause (gut health, immune balance, food exposures) so symptoms don’t keep coming back. ļæ¼

✨ Imagine waking up without brain fog, bloating, joint pain, or fatigue.
You can rediscover food freedom — without fear, confusion, or daily suffering.

Want help putting this into a real plan — tailored to you? I’d love to create that with you.

Acetaminophen and Autism….this article (see comments) sheds light that the connection is not conclusive.

And I also agree that MORE research is needed. I also believe there are many factors playing into autism and acetaminophen overuse could be a piece of the puzzle.

Personally, I know the downfalls of using acetaminophen outside the womb and you won’t find it in my home. In fact, I’ve never given my children Tylenol.

Acetaminophen decreases glutathione which in turn taxes the liver. Toxicity can result in acetaminophen overuse.

Fun fact: acetaminophen is one of the MRT tested chemicals and it can cause inflammation. I talk about this with each of my clients.

Know better. Do better.

āļø Happy Client āļø

ā€œBefore working with Kristen, I never knew how to interpret medical results. She sat down with me and went through each line of my results and she explained what each reading meant. A BIG win for me was to no longer experience the headaches that I've been having. Eating healthy is not good enough. I needed to know exactly what was affecting me. Thank you, Kristen!" -Jaye
