🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight 🌟

The Esther at Riverbend Assisted Living is proud to recognize Trudi as our Employee of the Month!

Trudi was born in California and moved to Oregon in her early 20s, where she discovered her passion for healthcare. She has been a valued part of The Esther team for about nine months, bringing kindness, experience, and a strong work ethic to everything she does.

Before joining assisted living, Trudi built a foundation in customer service and in-home care, always focusing on helping others feel supported and cared for.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as swimming, camping, kayaking, and gardening.

Trudi’s advice is to follow your heart and appreciate each moment.

🌿We had a great time hosting our Hills Admin Meeting at The Esther at Riverbend Assisted Living!

Everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers while connecting and hearing from our special guest, Meredith. With her background in ethnobotany and as the owner of Kindred Sprouts Nursery in Eugene, Oregon, she shared insights on cultivating resilient, low-maintenance plants that support healthy ecosystems for people, animals, and pollinators.
