• Answers phones, handles requests and inquiries, or routes as appropriate
• Provide information to clients/Family regarding any updates, issues, changes in the service being provided.
• Keep records of client hospital admissions/discharges
• Keep records of employee/client communication regarding any issues
• Process orders regarding DME (durable medical equipment)
• Process orders regarding PT
• Prepare new client folders
• Data entry of new client information on Axiscare Software
• Assist with adding/updating client authorizations onto Axiscare Software
• Create schedules for new clients onto Axiscare
• Verify employee schedules daily
• Do Courtesy calls every 3 months
• Assist with client’s invoice/payment
• Staff new cases/staff coverages needed
• Assist in intake/referrals for new clients
• Keep up with business social media accounts

*Qualifications

High School Diploma
Prior home health experience (preferred)

*Knowledge, skills, and abilities

-Ability to communicate effectively and program details to staff, service recipient, outside service providers, and -
referral providers.
-Proficient in Microsoft office and excel software
-Team player
-Effectively communicate both orally and in writing
-Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
-Understanding of Intensive In-home Service guidelines
-Must have criminal background check

The CNA/HHA aides are responsible for assisting the professional staff by performing various resident care activities related to nonprofessional services necessary in caring for our patient in the comfort of their homes.
You are responsible for the delivery of ADLs/IADLs (baths, personal grooming, feeding…etc) to our patients as directed by the Instructor, Manager, RN, or LPN and to maintain our policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of Courtesy Healthcare and to incorporate our goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for individual human dignity.
