We have had a very fun and busy week before the holidays. The kids have been enjoying these fun themed days. And they will continue All the way up until we close for Christmas break. 🥰☺️

Monday- Grinch Day
Tuesday- Buddy the Elf day. ( the kids tried the famous spaghetti and LOVED IT!!!!!)
Wednesday- Our wonderful older kids made cookies for the entire clinic and we all got to decorate them while listening to Christmas music.
Thursday- one of the kids wrote Wally a letter and asked if he could ride a spinosaurus and make cotton candy with him. So we made it happen!! Today they made cotton candy with Wally and shared with all their friends. The kids were so excited and couldn’t believe Wally was able to move during the day without anyone noticing him… lol 😉😎

Kayla is such a fun-loving and calm presence at My World. She is versatile and able to adapt her therapy style to every kid across the clinic depending on where she’s needed. Kayla also works as an RBT at multiple My World locations, and she juggles keeping up with a huge variety of caseloads beautifully. Kayla can jump in and start playing with any kid like it’s second nature, all while recording detailed data and communicating with the treatment team to support her clients. She is super observant and makes it a point to offer help to any and all staff members who she notices may need it. There wouldn’t be a My World without you and your wonderful family.

Wally is our Elf on the Shelf and the kids are SO EXCITED for him to be returning from the North Pole. Wally did ask since the kids are so crafty if they could build him a house and a bed so he has a place to stay while he’s in town visiting. The kids have been hard at work making houses for Wally so he’s nice and comfortable when he comes to town.♥️ Wally also asked the kids to write him a letter about what they would like to see him doing while staying at the clinic. The letters the kids wrote are so adorable. Wally can’t wait to write them back and make new friends at My World. More pics to come when Wally arrives. ☺️♥️🎄🎅

We’re so thankful for our amazing hard working RBT’s. Everyday they come in ready to work and make a positive impact on the kids that go to our clinic. They love what they do and it shows in their work. We love our RBT’s ♥️ what better way than to load them up with sugar to get us to our holiday weekend. 🍬🍭🥰♥️

Ruthie is one in a million! She is one of our most flexible and adaptable RBTs— she does amazing work with the little ones, the older kids, and everyone in between. She is great at pairing with her clients by engaging in their interests and playing, but also makes sure to keep their programs consistent and keep calm boundaries in place. You can always find Ruthie right next to her client, making sure to stay engaged and connected with them at all times. Ruthie is an extremely dedicated worker, always up for challenges, and always ready to jump in where it’s needed. Plus, she participated in almost every day of our 31 days of Halloween. 😉

Great job to our wonderful therapist for putting in such hard work into the pumpkin contest. They went above and beyond on the decorations and themes. Thanks to our My World families and friends for participating on the fan favorites category. The kids and therapist had so much fun seeing who won that category. Overall great job to everyone. We have some pretty creative therapist! ❤️

HAPPY HALLOWEEN from My World ABA 🦇🧙🍎🎃

We partied our Halloween hearts out yesterday. We ordered pizza for the entire clinic, everyone dressed up in their costumes, had spooky fun games, and Our wonderful BCBA’s made a safe trick or treating book and read it to the kids. After we learned about safe trick or treating we then practiced and the kids knocked on the doors and we filled their candy bags FULL😉 ( sorry parents for the sugar rush 😂❤️) But to say the least we had a very fun month. The clients and therapist did amazing dressing up the WHOLE month of October. It’s bittersweet that Our 31 days of Halloween has come to an end. My World ABA hopes everyone has a wonderful Halloween and be safe. 🎃❤️👻
