Spring Valley Herbs & Natural Foods has been locally owned and operated in Springfield, MO since 1968. The current owner, Ken Ellwood, purchased Spring Valley in June of 1981 after his youngest daughter, with the help of supplements, was cured of a heart disease. Since then, the use of herbs and other natural alternatives has greatly increased, making Spring Valley a great success in the business world. Our staff at Spring Valley Herbs & Natural Foods are highly trained, dedicated employees. We have a combined accumulation of 50 years experience within the health food industry. In fact, a few of us have been with Spring Valley for over 10 years. Along with our educated staff, Spring Valley also has good standing relationships with alternative medicine M.D.'s within the natural foods community. In association with our doctors, our computer programs, which are updated weekly, and our continuous studies, our education is an ongoing, never ending process.
