Dinner recipe rut?? We've got you covered!
Not too many ingredients, high in protein, yummy flavor profile, and pretty quick for homemade!

This one checks all the boxes😉

✨ Lemon Garlic Chicken Bowl ✨

Ingredients (Serves 4):
• 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
• 1 cup dry quinoa (or rice)
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1½ cups sliced bell peppers
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
1️⃣ Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
2️⃣ Coat chicken and grill or bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.
3️⃣ Cook quinoa according to package directions.
4️⃣ Steam broccoli and roast bell peppers at 400°F for 15–20 minutes.
5️⃣ Assemble bowls and enjoy!

Happy Saturday! On the docket today is an exercise called a DEADLIFT. The deadlift is one of 3 core strength training lifts to help build muscle. It can also be easily modified for heavy strength lifting or lighter dumbell weights if restricted by injury, age, or other factors.

Start with 3 sets and 10 reps each set.
