🩷 Yesterday's Inpatient Wellness Friday - Valentine's Edition! 🩷
Residents on our inpatient service spent some time expressing gratitude to one another through writing and placing the notes in each other's jars. Practicing regular gratitude can reduce depression, anxiety, and worry. It also has been shown to improve resilience and coping with stress. Take a second to tell someone today how much you appreciate them!

Class of 2024 graduate, Alexandra Cooke, DO, MPH, was recently named the Obstetrics Medical Director in Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, MO! After finishing her residency here, she completed an advanced obstetrics fellowship at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, Washington, where she trained in providing comprehensive obstetric care, including operative deliveries and cesarean sections. Congratulations, Dr. Cooke!

We are so excited for these two residents who have been selected to do FMOB fellowships next year! Dr. Melissa Medley will complete her fellowship at Ascension St. Vincent's FMR in Jacksonville, FL, and Dr. Haley Olsen will complete her fellowship at the University of Illinois in Peoria.
