Take a few moments today to allow your mind and body to feel softened. Let your inner heart speak to you and illuminate how you can unfold into the best version of you during this lifetime.

Small amounts of light begin to be added to our days after the winter solstice; we shift from the dark yin into small amounts of yang being added to our days.  It is a subtle shift, but reminds us that there is always lightness after the dark.
