🌿 Gentle Policy Update for 2026 🌿

As Healing Hearts Massage & Wellness continues to grow, I want to make sure every client receives the time, presence, and care they deserve. Over the past year, late cancellations have made it difficult to offer openings to those who truly need them — so I’m making a small but important shift to help keep the schedule flowing smoothly.

Beginning May 1, 2026, all appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit simply holds your session and honors the preparation that goes into creating a warm, restorative space for you.

Deposits will be transferable with 24 hours’ notice, and the full cancellation policy will be available to read at the time of booking.

Thank you for understanding, for respecting this space, and for helping me continue offering grounded, heart‑centered care to our community. Your support means everything.

If you are feeling sick, 🤢😷 experiencing symptoms, 🤧 or have been in close contact with someone who is ill, 🫂👥 I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. 📅

As a massage therapist, 💆‍♀️ I work in close proximity with each client 👯‍♀️—and because I am paid by appointment only, any illness I contract could prevent me from working and deeply impact my ability to take the necessary time off for recovery after surgery. 😫
