I’m especially excited to share my talk, “The Tides of Healing: Navigating the Ebbs and Flows of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS),” a topic that beautifully aligns with this year’s theme.

January is a powerful in-between” month; after the calendar New Year, but before Lunar New Year begins on February 17, 2026 Year of the Fire Horse

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this can be a time for shedding, releasing, and clearing, so what you build later in the year feels lighter, cleaner, and more aligned.

Year of the Snake transition into Year of the Horse 🐎🔥

As we move through the Year of the Snake, we’re embracing what snakes symbolize—shedding the old and stepping into powerful, positive transformation. And as we build momentum into the Year of the Horse, we’re charging forward with fresh energy, growth, and bigger things ahead.

We’re thrilled to share that Dr. Cruz Integrative Personalized Medicine is transitioning into a new home, soon to be revealed. This upcoming space will be an expanded, elevated wellness environment with so much more to offer as we continue to grow and expand our services for you.

At home "Gatorade" makes 1Liter:
4 C water
3 C coconut water
1 C juice (pomegranate/cranberry...)
2TBS honey
Pinch salt or 1/4tsp (equal parts of Celtic, Himalayan, Ionized and sea salt)
