For 117 years, a movement has been growing.
Founded in 1909, Mental Health America has led the way in promoting mental wellness, prevention, early intervention, and recovery for all. From advocating for policy change to expanding community-based supports, this legacy continues to shape the future of mental health care across the country.
At the Mental Health Association in New Jersey, we are proud to carry that mission forward—working every day to ensure that mental health is treated as essential to overall health.
Here’s to 117 years of advocacy, hope, and impact—and to the work still ahead.❤️
