Happy Monday!😊

Some coworkers just get it.
No explaining,
No pressure,
No “I’m fine” when you’re not.

Knowing your colleagues “get you” matters! That kind of workplace support makes all the difference!💚

Feeling burnt out? You’re not alone—66% of people report experiencing job burnout. Let’s talk about how to cope and reclaim your energy!

1. Set Boundaries
•Learn to say no to extra work when your plate is full.
•Protect your personal time—turn off notifications after work hours.

2. Prioritize Self-Care
•Sleep enough and maintain a regular sleep schedule.
•Eat nourishing foods and stay hydrated.
•Move your body—even short walks or stretches help.

3. Take Breaks
•Step away from your desk periodically.
•Use micro-breaks (5–10 min) to reset your mind.
•Consider a digital detox when possible.

4. Connect with Others
•Share how you feel with friends, family, or colleagues.
•Seek social support—sometimes just talking it out helps you recharge.

5. Mindfulness & Stress Reduction
•Practice meditation, deep breathing, or yoga.
•Journaling or reflection can help process stress and clarify priorities.

Of course, if symptoms continue or worsen, it is important to seek professional support.

Remember that small steps, can make a BIG impact! Don’t forget to care for YOU, too!
