🚨 CPR Saves Lives – Learn the Basics in Minutes! 🚨

👋 The CPR Cycle:
✅ 30:2 – That means 30 chest compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths.
✅ Compression Rate: Push hard and fast at 100 to 120 compressions per minute – think of the beat of “Stayin’ Alive” 🎵
💡 Not comfortable giving rescue breaths? That’s okay!
You can still perform Hands-Only CPR – just keep giving chest compressions continuously at the proper rate. It's simple, effective, and proven to save lives!

Lifesaving Advantages LLC wrapped up another successful Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED course today! I absolutely love teaching these classes alongside my Mom.
