☝🏼❄️just a little reminder!!

Yearly PSA ☺️❄️ if you see a child going from a warm car into a warm building without a coat, it is fine. The mother is probably educated in car seat safety and knows that their child should not wear a winter coat in a car seat. She probably also knows that it would quite literally take more time to get the child out of the car seat, and fight to get them into a winter coat then it would to just run into the warm building. She probably also has a blanket for her child to help keep nice and cozy in the car, maybe even wraps them in it to get into their destination. 🥶 🧥 🤫

She probably also understands how illnesses work and knows that cold air does not make you sick. 🦠

My Dad is one of the greatest humans to have ever lived. I know this because there are some ✨truths in life✨ and he is one of them. I hear it in the stories shared by family and old high school friends and the ball players he used to compete WITH AND AGAINST. I read it in the “Thank You” cards Dad has received over the years and in his last days. I see it in his fantastic smile- in the pictures from the good ole days, his yearbooks, and when he is looking at one of us kids. I feel it when I hug his chest and he squeezes my hand reassuringly.

I know he loved me deep, as I love him the same. I’ll miss his phone calls before bed when he just wants to say “Love you” and our talks on everything about life and beyond.

Dad, I Love You and wish for you that you’re singing all the songs, shooting all the jump shots (that would now be counted as 3s😌), playing catch, golfing, and laughing and living it up. Your adventures await (and if you want to come back as a dog 🐶 🐕 that’s cool too 😜), I’ll always remember to drive “Sloooww” and rock your homemade mixed tapes🎶!! ✨Until the next life Daddio....
Love you, Jenny 💜
