My Hot Yoga is located in the newly renovated Southern Hills Shopping Center and hosts two beautiful studios. The HOT STUDIO offers a variety of diverse classes weekly including deep stretch (yin yoga), power yoga, vinyasa, yoga sculpt and barre. The NON-HOT STUDIO offers hatha yoga, beginner and intermediate aerial yoga classes. MHY has a wonderful and knowledgeable team of instructors. The studio is equipped with full service men's and women's locker rooms including spa towels and more. MHY for many is a home away from home, a place to feel warmth, relaxation, wellness and peace. There are only two hammocks available for our Hammock Sound Journey and Guided Meditation this Thursday evening at 7:00pm! Reserve your spot on our website or through the Mindbody app.

We are also offering up our Restorative Yoga and Piloxing SSP classes for free in November! No membership needed. Just save yourself a spot online or drop in!

Both classes are in our non-heated studio. Restorative is Tuesday evening at 5:30pm with Elise Ferrer and Piloxing SSP is Saturday at 11:00am with Wendy Good.

We also have local honey from one of our beekeeping students! Her hives are less than three miles from the studio. It doesn’t get more local than that!
