As we are closing out our first week of the new year, a lot of resolutions are being made and promised. While they may be changes for the better, some of these may even be rooted in ☠️negative☠️ self talk:

"I don't like my body, I need to lose weight"
"I don't take care of myself, I need to self care"
"I don't have enough money, I need to work harder"

This year, try changing your tune from ☠️negative☠️ to 🌟positive🌟, and make the changes you want to make from a place of love 💟

"My body is unique and beautiful, I'm going live healthy"
"I love myself, and am going to show that to her/him more"
"I work hard to live comfortably, and I will take pride in that"

Good things come to those who project good!

Reframing your mind to think 🌟positively🌟 can be difficult, but it will never work if you shame yourself into those thoughts 💟

I always fill each jar with palo santo smoke and cork it until the smoke dissipates, before setting my intention ♡
