Springfield Masonic Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Springfield Ohio, offering a full spectrum of care from independent living and assisted living to memory support and skilled nursing care. Our retirement community features spacious garden villas, luxury independent and assisted living apartments, a memory support neighborhood, short-term rehab and a long-term care facility. Springfield Masonic Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). That means we offer a full spectrum of care from independent living and assisted living to memory support and skilled nursing care. Our person-centered approach to care adjusts as each person’s needs do, so everyone can receive the support they need to live their best life without having to move to a different community.
