Hello! I am a Massage Therapist, Neurokinetic Therapist, Emotion Code and RockTape specialist. Zenith Climbing Center has been home to my business since early 2017. I have found it a privilege to serve my rock climbing community as well as the aerialists who nestle their practice at the gym. These inspiring, high-functioning athletes keep my problem solving skills sharp and give me boundless opportunity to have the satisfaction of keeping them out of pain and preventing injuries. I invite all kinds of clients to my practice, you don't have to be an athlete to have pain! My biggest passion is educating people about how their body works so they can make better choices for themselves. Knowledge IS power. When I ask clients why they didn’t seek help earlier -most people say it’s because they didn't know there was anything they could do about it! I love debunking those theories. Emotional priorities are just as much of an issue as physical ones. My years prior to massage I spent studying energy medicine -how emotions and suppressed stress affect our health. Although I offer Emotion Code as a stand alone service I will often blend the two when necessary because muscles are directly correlated to what the mind is doing. My practice teaches me a little more everyday about what this thing called humanity is all about. I would love to help you on YOUR journey!
