🎓👏 WCHS SENIOR EARNS ESTEEMED FULL-RIDE SCHOLARSHIP! 👏🎓
Congratulations to Washington County High School senior Sy Bramblett, who has been awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Campbellsville University! This highly prestigious, full-ride scholarship covers tuition, housing, and books, and is awarded to only 8 students each year. 🌟
At WCHS, Sy has been a standout both in the classroom and in athletics. He is a member of the National Honor Society and Youth for Christ, as well as the Commander Basketball, Baseball, and Golf teams.🏀⚾⛳
He is also active in the River of Life Youth Group and has earned recognition through Youth Salute and Senior Salute, while participating in WC Teen Leadership. Sy has been named to the Academic All-State First Team all four years of high school in each sport he competes in, an incredible testament to his dedication both on and off the field. Through the Co-op Program, Sy is employed at Central Kentucky Physical Therapy, gaining valuable real-world experience. In addition to his high school diploma, he will also graduate this May with an Associate Degree in Business from Midway University, a truly remarkable accomplishment!
At Campbellsville, Sy plans to major in Exercise Science, with the possibility of double majoring in Sports Management or Spanish. He plans to continue his education in physical therapy school and pursue a career as a physical therapist. Sy is the son of Luther and Lena Bramblett.
