Sumits Yoga was created by Sumit Banerjee based on his own years of experience in practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga and Vinyasa. By integrating the best core principles of traditional hot yoga and Ashtanga-inspired power flow, Sumit created a dynamic, energizing practice that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance with a holistic approach of nurturing the spirit. You don’t need to be especially flexible or incredibly fit to practice Sumits Yoga. The results speak for themselves! Sumit’s class sequence is designed for all levels beginner through advanced and reinforces his primary objectives as a teacher: helping others to realize the powerful wellness benefits of yoga including a stronger, toned and more flexible body and an improved state of mind encouraging relaxation, self-acceptance and awareness. All Sumits Yoga teachers are devoted to inspiring confidence and motivating students to keep evolving their practice – no matter their age, strength, experience or flexibility.

🎅🏼 Winter Solstice & Intention Setting with Stephanie, December 21st from 6-7:15 pm. This special class is $25 and sign up is available now on mindbody.

🎅🏼 Christmas Eve Yoga with Nikki & Stephanie at 9 am. This is our favorite annual tradition, sign up is available now!

🎅🏼 This season, our studio is hosting an Angel Tree to support local families in need. Take a tag from the tree, purchase the listed gift, and return it unwrapped. Your generosity will brighten someone’s holiday right here in our community.

"I’m Omar, originally from Springfield, MO, and I’m back to turn up the heat—literally! After finishing my college football career, I discovered yoga and group fitness as a way to reconnect with my body and mindset.
