UPDATE *RE-OPENING MAY 18th

The City of Springfield's mandated Stay-At-Home order will be lifted on May 4th and Massage Haven 417 will be re-opening on May 18th.

The reason I am not opening on May 4th is because I need time to be 100% prepared to follow the new guidelines that will come with re-opening and am awaiting supplies to follow safety and sanitation protocols to keep you and myself safe.

I will be adjusting the schedule and seeing fewer clients each day and spacing appointments with 30 minutes in between to allow sufficient time to sanitize. I will be contacting those with currently scheduled appointments to verify you want to keep your appointment and adjust your time as needed to allow for the 30 minutes between clients.

For the time being, I will not be scheduling new 30 minute appointments. The cleanup and laundry required is just too much for 30 minute sessions. If you are already on the schedule & would like to upgrade to an hour, you are welcome to do that.

I want to do all I can to make my re-opening as successful and as safe as possible for us all. I’ll be sending out more information on other changes in procedures before re-opening. Thank you for your understanding as I try to navigate this uncharted territory!

I have decided to cease direct client interaction until at least April 1: Touching vulnerable and compromised people during this pandemic is a time when our work truly could have a life or death impact. This decision is, without a doubt, the most responsible and appropriate way to participate in flattening the curve of outbreak.
