Do you have a chronic disease and are looking to learn better ways to manage it? Caring Health Center regularly hosts Chronic Disease Self-management classes. These are group based classes that focus on disease management skills, including decision making, problem solving, and action planning. It also includes symptom management activities like exercise, relaxation, communication, healthy eating, medication management, and fatigue management.
