Our welcoming Studio is 1344 Woodhurst, a 8,000 sq ft free-standing building. There is a Pilates Equipment room, a GYROTONIC® room, A Private Lesson room, and a large 1,000 sq ft room specifically for group classes (such as Barre, TRX, Yoga, Yoga Ropes, Mat Pilates classes). Plus Rachel & Tonya’s massage therapy, Lenka Hales who offers Reflexology/Pedicures, Estheticians Liz Watts & Kelli Larson, & Acupuncture with Keisha on the Wellness side. Coffee/tea and welcoming environment will make you feel at home!
