We’re more than a manufacturing company - we’re a mission-driven organization. Air Force to kitting, packaging, and producing quality goods for our partners, our team’s work spans multiple industries. But at the heart of it all is our purpose: empowering people with disabilities by providing meaningful employment, hands-on training, and the support they need to thrive.

Last week in Washington, D.C., TAC had the opportunity to meet with U.S. Representatives Mike Turner, Congressman Warren Davidson, and Jim Jordan to share the continued growth of our mission in action.

Over the past year, TAC has added more than 40 new jobs for individuals of all abilities. This growth has been made possible through ongoing investment in innovation, automation, and modernization within our cargo net production operations.

We also shared updates on our recent cargo net contract renewals, including an exciting milestone: our cargo nets will be 100% Made in America, with all materials sourced right here in the United States. Pictured here, the Congressmen are holding a sample cargo net strap produced entirely with domestic materials.

We always appreciate opportunities to advocate, build relationships, and highlight the incredible work of our team members who make all of this possible every day.

Faces of the Mission: Meet Brok.
“Pride.” That’s how Brok describes what it means to work on equipment used by the United States Air Force.

For him, it’s about more than just the work. It’s about knowing he’s helping support the military and contribute to real missions. Every net he helps produce plays a role in something bigger.

At the same time, the job has helped him build independence, learn new skills, and create a sense of stability for his future. Read more on our blog:

💬 Quote of the Day:
“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.”
A great reminder that every effort matters. Even the smallest steps can lead to meaningful impact.
