Air Force to kitting, packaging, and producing quality goods for our partners, our team’s work spans multiple industries. But at the heart of it all is our purpose: empowering people with disabilities by providing meaningful employment, hands-on training, and the support they need to thrive.

We were honored to welcome Derek Chancellor, Regional Director for Southwest Ohio, and Randy Chenault, Southwest Deputy Director for Senator Jon Husted, to TAC yesterday!

They toured our new net manufacturing facility where we manufacture Ability One cargo nets for the US Air Force and had the opportunity to see firsthand the meaningful work happening every day. We also shared some exciting innovations and plans for the future that will continue creating opportunities in our community.

One of the best parts of any day at TAC is watching people grow. Whether it’s helping a coworker finish a task, cheering someone on, or sharing a laugh during break, these everyday moments are what make our TAC team so special.
Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like confidence building, new skills forming, or someone simply feeling proud of their work. And we celebrate all of it. Here’s to the little wins that add up to something big.

The groundhog may have predicted six more weeks of winter, but we’re dreaming of summer over here! Throwing it back to last summer when Howard, Leroy, and Clarence took an awesome trip to Kings Island full of thrills, laughs, and great memories. We can’t wait for warm-weather adventures again!
