🌟 Team Member Spotlight 🌟
Today we’re featuring Leroy! When asked what he wants people to know about individuals with disabilities, Leroy shared: “We like to work and make money.” Leroy is proud of the many skills he’s built during his time at TAC and enjoys being able to do almost every job in his area. He says working at TAC has helped him learn a lot of different tasks. Leroy also supports his coworkers by showing them how to do different jobs and makes a difference simply by showing up and giving his best every day. 🌟 Team Member Spotlight 🌟
Today we’re featuring Daniel! When asked what he’s most proud of at work, Daniel shared: “Helping others.” Daniel enjoys supporting his coworkers by putting items away for them and making sure things stay organized. He’s also working toward improving his skills by focusing on listening carefully to instructions so he can keep doing his best on the job. Daniel reminds us that everyone brings something different and valuable to the workplace: “We are all different.” Thank you, Daniel, for being a team player and helping make TAC a great place to work!

Today we’re featuring Angie, whose positivity makes a difference every day. When asked how she makes a difference at TAC, Angie shared: “By making people smile.” She says working at TAC has helped her become more outgoing. One of the ways Angie supports those around her is by making her coworkers laugh and bringing a little extra joy to the day. March is National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month (NDDAM), and this year’s theme - "We’re Here: Then, Now, Always” - reminds us that people with developmental disabilities have always been vital members of our communities.

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, and at Fresh Abilities we’re proud to celebrate the amazing team members who make everything we do possible!
