Nothing says love like treats, ice cream, and smiles galore! Today at Spring Valley, we celebrated Valentine’s Day early with snacks, a chocolate fountain, and ice cream from Josh at Visiting Angels!

The residents got another surprise at dinner from the Eugene Christian School students who brought them in some treats, and hand made cards!

We ventured from baking to cooking today! We made homemade noodles, regular AND gluten free for our gluten sensitive friends!
