Last month, CCHC’s very own Dr. Dora Ramos was honored at the Illinois Primary Health Care Association Annual Leadership Conference. Our CCHC staff are mourning the loss of our long time RN Nurse Supervisor, Tabby Diaz. Tabby dedicated her life to nursing and spent her last 15 years serving the patients of CCHC. She was loved and respected by all who were lucky enough to know her. She will be greatly missed.
