Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are amazing and they all work hard to support our Physicians. They also have busy lives outside of our office. We all know life happens and we have to adjust when it does, which is why we’re adjusting schedules for 2 of our Providers.

Beginning April 6, 𝑲𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑵𝑷-𝑪 will be working Part-Time with 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 and 𝑬𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒆 𝑫𝒐𝒅𝒅 𝑷𝑨-𝑪 will be working with 𝐃𝐫. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥.

We’re working to make this a smooth transition for all our patients. If you would like to discuss how this will personally affect you, give us a call at 912-754-7500. We have a designated staff member who will assist you.

‼️ UPDATE FOR MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2 ‼️ Because of the uncertain road conditions overnight, we will delay opening until 10:00 am. If you have an appointment scheduled from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, you will receive a text message from us shortly about moving your appointment back 2 hours. If you have an 8:00 appointment, you would be seen at 10:00. If you’d like to reschedule your appointment, we’ll contact you tomorrow to reschedule. Please send us a private message on Facebook, a message through your patient portal account, or cancel the appointment by text if you plan to reschedule. We apologize for the inconvenience!

At this time, our office will open as scheduled on Monday morning. If county roads and/or our parking lot have dangerous ice accumulation on Sunday, we'll modify our hours for Monday based on recommendations from local officials. Our page will have the most current information so check back here for updates. If you're scheduled for an appointment on Monday, we'll notify you by text on Sunday if our office will not be open.

PHONE ISSUES Monday, January 5: Planters has identified an issue with calls with Verizon/AT&T numbers. They are working with the carriers to fix the issue. At this time, we cannot make calls or receive calls from the affected carriers.

REMINDER: Phone Outage today, December 15, from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Our office will be closed during this time for our Office Christmas Party. Please see the post below for more information.

UPDATE: Monday, December 15 at 5:00pm - All updates have been completed. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, December 16 at 8:00am.

OUTAGE SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 15 FROM 3:00pm-5:00pm: Due to a required equipment update by Planters, we will have a scheduled phone and internet outage on Monday, December 15 from 3:00pm-5:00pm. This will result in a downtime to both our phone and internet service. In order to minimize any inconvenience, we scheduled the downtime to occur during the time we'll be closed for our Office Christmas Party. We plan to forward our phone lines to our after-hours answering service during this time, but the phone outage could prevent calls from forwarding.
If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Non-urgent messages and requests can be sent through your patient portal account. The Providers will review messages sent through the patient portal once internet service has been restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
