I encourage our patients to follow CDC advice regarding health and safety during the pandemic. Please see the attached CDC info sheet.

We are open, but our hours are limited due to a high rate of cancellations. We are recommending patients over 60 cancel their appointments and stay home. If you have a fever, cough, or other "cold" type symptoms, we also recommend you cancel your appointment and stay home.

If you noticed we were closed two days last week, no worries! We just had a solar power system installed by Missouri Sun Solar (https://www.facebook.com/MissouriSunSolar/)! This new system will help reduce our energy use, thus lowering utility bills and reducing our carbon footprint. Missouri Sun Solar did great work and I highly recommend them if you are considering solar for your home or business!

This study below shows there is benefit from using Glucosamine and Chondroitin for people with osteoarthritis of the knees. The benefit was equal to that of taking the anti-inflammatory Celebrex over the course of the six month study. The study was done in Europe using a prescription preparation of Glucosamine HCL 500mg and Chondroitin Sulfate 400mg a day.

The US does not have a prescription version of this supplement. However, you can find similar supplements at most health food stores. Or our JCTH supplement contains these amounts when you take 1 pill three times a day. Always buy quality vitamins and supplements to ensure you are getting what you paid for!

Nice video regarding proper sitting posture in the office! Studies have shown that slumping is related to back pain, but can also negatively affect mood and attitude. So, proper posture is good for the body and the mind!
