Shingles can be a horrible disease. AND there is newer study showing getting vaccinated can help ward off dementia. Are you eligible for a Shingles vaccine?

In the Washington Post, Harvard Chan School's Alberto Ascherio provided comment on a new study suggesting the shingles vaccine may be protective against dementia.

Ash Wednesday is typically known to be a "Catholic" day and other religions follow it also. Though many attempt to sacrifice, give up, do something "less" or not at all during these 40 days....let us urge you to DO MORE.

Forgive others
Love others
Listen to others without judgement
Avoid words that are hurtful to others or yourself
Speak kindly to others and to yourself.
Help those in need
Take better care of yourself
Be a good neighbor

Smile more.
