Grounded Grace: Yoga to Support Hips, Knees, and Feet
We'll explore the vital role of the hip flexors in everyday mobility and how their strength and flexibility directly impact the health of the knees. Through gentle yet effective Hatha Yoga alignment-based asanas (poses), youâll learn how to cultivate greater stability, mobility, and flexibilityâhelping to reduce strain, improve posture, and support mobility.
Equally important, weâll bring mindful awareness to the feet, which serve as our bodyâs foundation. When the feet are strong and properly aligned, they positively influence everything aboveâfrom the ankles and knees to the pelvis and spine.
This workshop is ideal for those who want to:
â˘Support hip and knee health through gentle yoga asanas and movement
â˘Improve balance and posture
â˘Strengthen the feet and ankles to enhance overall stability
â˘Understand the anatomical connections between the lower body and the spine
â˘Prevent or address common issues like knee discomfort, tight hips, or foot pain
Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, this workshop offers accessible practices and modifications to meet you where you are. Yoga teachers can receive CEUs through Yoga Alliance upon completion.
