IHCA Illinois Leaders - Class of 2026!

IHCA’s Illinois Leaders Program is committed to developing leaders within the Association and Illinois’ long term care profession. This is an exclusive IHCA-member program that takes LTC professionals interested in improving their personal and professional leadership skills and guiding them through a crafted curriculum to help them become even better and strong leaders.

Last week kicked off the first meeting and believe us when we say, these are definitely the leaders of tomorrow! Past participants of this program have taken the skills they learned from the classes and done some extraordinary things in life!
