Ashley Krstulovich is a distinguished yoga and mindfulness educator whose work transcends the mat, redefining how individuals and communities heal and thrive. Based in Springfield, Illinois, she is the founder of WholeSelf Healing Resilience Center, a sanctuary for trauma-informed wellness practices that empower people to reclaim balance and vitality in their lives. Widely recognized for her impact, Ashley was honored as Illinois Times’ Best Yoga Instructor of 2024, awarded CommunityVotes-Springfield’s Platinum Yoga and Meditation, and named Business Rate’s Best Wellness Center in Springfield, Illinois. 🖤 Black Friday Weekend Reminder 🖤

Before we all get swept up in the sales and chaos, I just want to pause and say THANK YOU— for every session booked, every class attended, every share, and every kind word you’ve sent my way this year. Small businesses survive because real humans show up for them, and I don’t take that lightly.

When you support local this weekend, you’re not just “shopping small.” You’re investing in the well-being of the people who live right here in our community. My work— whether through Somatic Experiencing, mindful movement, or nervous system support isn’t about trendiness or quick fixes. Hey friends 💛

A quick update about our free Wednesday night yoga classes at First Church of Brethren:

I’m pressing pause for the next two weeks to honor the holiday swirl and give everyone (myself and our gracious host included) a little extra space to rest, regroup, and tend to what’s needed at home.

**There will be no Wednesday classes the next two weeks, but we’ll be back on the mat December 10th and 17th.**

I’m already looking forward to closing out the year with you—moving, breathing, and landing back in our bodies together.

Thank you for your understanding and for being such a steady, supportive community.

Perfect if your nervous system has been riding the struggle bus lately. SE helps you tune into the body, discharge stress, unwind tension patterns, and build more capacity so you don’t snap at your loved ones (or strangers in Target) when things get overwhelming.



🤲 Somatic Supportive Touch

3 Sessions — $150

This is a deeply calming, hands-on nervous system regulation approach that supports settling, co-regulation, and restoration. Think “my body finally exhaled,” but in session form. It’s gentle, intentional touch that helps reset patterns of bracing, holding, or chronic tension.

As small business Saturday approaches, I want to take this opportunity to both express my gratitude to all of my clients AND to ask for your support.

I am still growing my practice, and I have every faith that it will continue to grow…. but, in the meantime, I am not embarrassed to admit my little business could use your support.

So much of my business comes from word-of-mouth, and I love that. That said, even helping raise awareness in our community, that my services are available, is a major show of support. A like react, a share, even tagging someone who you think might benefit, makes such a difference.
