Official Medicare rates for 2026 have been released. Beginning January 1, 2026, the Part B premium is going up to $202.90, the Part B deductible is increasing to $283, and the Part D prescription deductible may be as high as $615 on some plans.

‼️Those who reported more than $109K (single) or $218K (joint filing) for their adjusted gross income in 2024 will experience higher premium rates and added IRMAA costs on their Part D coverage. Contact WISE MEDICARE to learn more!
