I’m not saying you need to spend that much.
But are you actually supporting your body, or just kinda sorta helping it?

If you’re pushing yourself in the gym but skipping your regular massages, you’re not getting it. Massage isn’t a luxury. It’s part of the grind. Part of staying strong. Part of keeping your body from fighting you every step of the way.

*Oh, Oogie is going to miss this girl when she finds her forever home… if only someone would give her the chance.** 🥺 These two love to play together, and it’s heartbreaking that she’s still waiting—since *March*!

She was dumped and left to survive on her own. Thankfully, she was trapped and brought to Menard County Animal Control. No one came for her. She was overlooked again and again. We brought her to the WILD side hoping for a fresh start… but still, no interest.

Meanwhile, backyard breeders keep selling puppies while this incredible soul waits.

Yes, she’s shy at first. Guarded. Wouldn’t you be, if someone threw you away? But once she trusts you—*wow*. She’s a cuddler, a fetch queen, and a total goofball with her favorite toys.

She’s learning to share, especially with dogs she vibes with. She loves her kennel—it’s her safe space when new people come around.

She’s smart. Sensitive. And so deserving of love.

All she needs is someone patient. Someone kind. Someone who sees past the hesitation and into her heart.

**She’s not broken. She’s blooming.** 🌸
