People who fit in five servings of fruit daily are 38% less likely to develop intestinal polyps, precancerous growths that can turn troublesome five to 10 years down the road. And fruit is PACKED with cancer fighting antioxidants. And make sure you're checked at the office for subluxations. These are what most people call boney misalignments. What I'm saying is they do cause problems with all your systems, including your nervous system, and how well you adapt to stress, so make sure you're checked.
