🧘‍♀️The Ark of Wellness Springfield Retreat Saturday afternoon allowed opportunities to meet people from Louisville to Lexington & surrounding counties to participate in a group breathwork session followed by a sound bath in nature to relax and renew our bodies, minds, and spirits! 🧘Thanks to all that were able to join! 🦆🐈 We'll be back for another afternoon on October 18th. 🌳🍂
