👩For those attending our Women’s Wellness Retreat on 2/1/26, please bring anything to make yourself comfortable for the sound bath (yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, bottled water).🧘‍♀️Feel free to dress comfortably. All activities will be held indoors at Nazareth. 🧦Bring socks or house shoes for comfort, as we will leave our snowy shoes at the entrance.👢 Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!🤗
