You need to hear this..

ā€œYou don’t have to be perfect to see progressā€

Life isn’t perfect so why expect yourself to be.

Instead focus your attention and effort to just sticking with it.

Work on getting better.

Staying consistent, not perfect. When it comes to nutrition, 70 to 80% consistency is great, especially if you’re coming from 0 or 20%.

Although change is definitely required to reach any goal, you don’t have to flip your life 180 degrees to illicit those changes, especially if you’re not ready for it.

Sustainable changes and accountability have always been your answers, Listen to them and hopefully you’ll find this journey much more enjoyable.

Check out these selection on shoulder exercises that target all three muscles of shoulder šŸ’ŖšŸ¾

- Front raise 2-4 sets of 16 reps total
- Leaning lateral raises 2-4 sets of 12 reps each side
- Bent over rear delt fly’s 2-4 sets of 12 reps
