Yule Women’s Circle

Saturday, December 21 | 2:00–4:00 PM


Join us for a peaceful afternoon as we gather to honor Yule, the Winter Solstice — the turning point where the light begins to return. We’ll take time to reflect, release, and set heartfelt intentions for 2026.

Together we’ll create a Yule centerpiece to take home — a simple reminder of warmth, hope, and renewal during the winter season.

Our time together will include:
• Gathering to share and reflect
• Nature walk to collect items for Yule centerpiece (weather permitting)
• Setting intentions for the year ahead
• A short breathwork or meditation to help you ground and reset

Please bring:
Greenery, pinecones, acorns, dried citrus, cinnamon sticks, or any natural items you’d like to include — plus a container and a candle.

Let’s pause during this busy season to slow down, connect, and welcome the light together.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, expressive movement practice where you let the music guide you. It’s a safe, judgment-free space to move however you feel—an opportunity to release tension, awaken joy, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. No choreography or experience needed—just come as you are and let the energy flow.

Guidelines:
🌕 Move however you feel—there’s no right or wrong way to dance.
🌕 Be mindful of your space and others.
🌕 Dance barefoot to ground and connect.
🌕 No talking—let movement and music be your expression.
🌕 No alcohol or substances—come with a clear mind and open heart.
🌕 Bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
