For March, our employee spotlight is shining on our awesome shot counter rockstar… Kendra!

“Hi, I’m Kendra! You’ll usually find me at the shot counter. I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and at ease, especially those who may be nervous about injections. I want every patient to feel listened to, supported, and cared for during their visit.
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my family: supporting my kids in their activities and milestones, and relaxing at home with my fur babies!

We’re so happy to have Kendra on our team and are thankful for her kindness and patience each day!

For August we are so excited to give the spotlight to our amazing Medical Assistant Cass McQuestion!

“Hello! I started working at OAA this past November after moving to the Eugene area with my younger sister. I was born and raised in Wl, then moved to New York State in 2016 where I worked as a 911 Advanced EMT for seven years, gaining experience in emergency medicine, community paramedicine and care. In 2024, I relocated to Oregon, where I continue to explore new opportunities in clinical care. I plan to work towards my RN in the next few years. Outside of work, I’m an avid reader with a passion for history, fantasy, and science fiction. In my free time, I enjoy oil painting, hiking, and playing video or board games with friends!”
