We’re excited to see our players back on the field and representing Thurston as the season gets underway.⁣
⁣
A quick reminder for games held at our home fields:⁣
When heading out to the back fields, please stay to the left of the prep field (on the track next to the football field) if a prep game is in play. This helps avoid players needing to pause their game when people walk through the outfield.⁣

Two days, a lot of hard work, and a community that showed up. ⚾⁣

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time over the past two days to help get our fields ready for the 2026 season. ⁣
⁣
Because of you, we made incredible progress.⁣
⁣
From painting foul poles and grading the field, to adding dirt, weeding, replacing backstops, mowing, edging, fixing bullpens, and even adding a brand new prep bullpen… a lot was accomplished thanks to the many hands that pitched in.⁣
⁣
It takes a village to get everything ready for a season, and we’re incredibly grateful for the players, parents, and volunteers who made time to help make it happen.⁣

We’re looking forward to a great season ahead. Thank you for helping to make it possible! ⚾⁣

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who came out today and helped make great progress on the fields. We’re so grateful for everyone who gave their time to help get things ready for the season ahead.⁣
⁣
There’s still quite a bit of work left to finish on the 90’, 60/70’, and sandlot fields, so if you’re in town tomorrow (Sunday, 3/15) and able to lend a hand, we’d love the extra help starting at 10:30 AM. ⁣
⁣
Even a short amount of time can make a big difference!⁣
⁣
Thanks again to everyone who showed up today and helped move things forward. We appreciate this community so much! ❤️

Join us tomorrow, March 14th, starting at 9 am, for the Thurston Babe Ruth Field Day as we get the fields ready for the season. Players, parents, grandparents, and friends are all welcome to jump in and help.⁣
⁣
Bring any tools you have (rakes, shovels, etc.), and don’t forget to check out our free Baseball Gear Exchange: bring gear your player has outgrown to swap or donate to other TBR players.⁣
⁣
Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.⁣
⁣
The more hands we have, the faster we’ll be ready for the season that kicks off next week.⁣
⁣

Join us Saturday, March 14, starting at 9 AM for our annual Thurston Babe Ruth Field Day.⁣
⁣
Players, parents, grandparents, and friends are all invited to come lend a hand as we get the fields ready for the season ahead. The more helping hands we have, the faster we’ll get everything game-ready!⁣

A few things to know:⁣
⚾ Bring tools if you have them (rakes, shovels, etc.)⁣
⚾ Lunch will be provided for all our amazing volunteers⁣
⚾ Our free Baseball Gear Exchange will also be happening: bring any gear your player has outgrown to swap or donate ⁣

All orders are due this Thursday, February 26th, so jerseys arrive on time.⁣

We’re so excited for our players to gear up in this year’s updated Thurston Babe Ruth uniforms, including brand new jersey and hat designs!⁣

Here’s what to know:⁣
Uniform packs (included in your registration fees) will include:⁣
• Jersey⁣
• Practice shirt⁣
• One pair of pants⁣
• Hat⁣
⁣
