One thing I have learned over the past six months is being obedient is powerful. Prayer is powerful. So here I am being obedient, listening.

We are excited to welcome our new therapist to Muscle Shark Recovery & Wellness! 🤍 EMILY!
Some of you may recognize her as she worked at MS about a year and a half ago! She and I also have worked together at Chateau on the Lake, and I am thrilled to have her alongside me again. 🥷

She specializes in deep tissue, structural work, and really getting into problem areas while still keeping the session relaxing and restorative. ✨
If you love strong, intentional work, she’s your girl.
