Old baseball shoulders require precise work, not generic massage. 💪🏼⚾️
In this session, we focused on the teres muscles, infraspinatus, supraspinatus, and subscapularis, the core stabilizers of the shoulder, along with the biceps and triceps.
Over time, these muscles can become:
• Overactive and shortened
• Bound down with old adhesions
• Out of balance with each other
That imbalance is what leads to pain, weakness, or that “dead arm” feeling.
The goal isn’t just loosening tissue, it’s restoring proper muscle function so the shoulder can move, load, and recover the way it’s supposed to.
This is my client’s 4th session, and with each session we’re getting closer to our goal.
Thanks, Landon!
