On the second Sunday of each month, (meaning THIS SUNDAY!) I'll be leading a gentle Yin/Yang style yoga class, complete with an extended shavasana with my crystal singing bowls. 🥰
And it's by donation! So please come slow down and take care of yourself. You deserve it!
