Please join us in congratulating Riley on seven years with IABH today!

As Director of Program Initiatives, Riley develops, implements and evaluates the Association’s prevention, wellness, and leadership program – Operation Snowball (OS). She supports OS Action Teams and CGTI Action Teams through training, technical assistance, outreach, and fundraising, and works with community members to increase prevention programming throughout Illinois. Riley has been instrumental over the last seven years in the advancement of all our prevention programs and we are immensely grateful for her leadership, energy and knowledge.

All SUD providers must be in compliance for the amended version of the 42 CFR Part 2 by February 16th, 2026. IABH offers a consent form package that includes the following forms: This form package retails for $850 for IABH members or $1,000 for non members! Be prepared for the compliance deadline!

Since joining IABH, Katie has been an integral part of our communications team and a driving force behind the launch of Generation Lead, our statewide public awareness campaign focused on prevention and behavioral health. With her promotion to Senior Graphic Designer, Katie has lead IABH’s Marketing & Communications Department, continuing to guide the visual direction of our Association and statewide initiatives.
