Somewhere along the way, we started believing the lie that if we’re not exhausted, we’re not doing enough. That burnout equals devotion.

But God didn’t design you to prove your worth by running yourself into the ground.

Even Jesus stepped away from the crowds. Even He said, “That’s enough for today.”
