UPDATE: To those of you that read my post regarding my hypnosis weight loss journey with William Mitchell & asked questions, I’m giving you an update! Today I hit my 30 lb (actually 30.5 lbs 😁) weight loss goal! I’m SO PROUD of myself!
Started on 11/2 & I lost 30 lbs even with Thanksgiving, Christmas (we had 3 of them), NYE party at our house, my birthday month (January) & Super Bowl gathering at our house (plus a fun visit & binge at Betsy’s house, LOL!). For whatever reason my hypnosis sessions have helped me SO MUCH!! I just had 6 visits & William gave me access to his website where I can listen to all different videos that help give me a boost. And honestly I have not been very faithful listening to them like I should but it always helps when I do. I have tagged William in this post so feel free to reach out to him or me if you have any questions. Again, I’m getting NOTHING to share my story so don’t think I’m just trying to get you to try this for my advantage. I’m just sharing because I know how hard it is to lose weight.
Also a little info that he also hypnotizes for things besides weight loss. My friend Marla LeBeau that actually told me about William was hypnotized by him years ago for her fear of flying & she has been able to fly since then with minimal issues. Our brains are amazing organs that is for sure. Sorry for the long post but thanks for reading.

I am closing the Decatur Office due to the fact that the entire office building is closing and being converted into a hotel and apartments. Future Decatur clients may come to my Springfield office at 2700 W. Lawrence Ave. Suite N or schedule for ZOOM ONLINE sessions.( My ZOOM ONLINE clients are seeing the identical positive and successful results as my in office clients.)
