I just want to take a minute to thank my amazing, ride or die clients! Thank you for choosing me year after year. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, you all feed my soul and I’m forever grateful for the deep connections I have with each and every one of you! Hello everyone! I have a few announcements!
First off, starting May 2nd the stop lights at the intersection of South 5th Street and Iles in front of our building will be blacked out for a 90 day Trial. Please, please proceed with caution at this intersection!
Second, I am fully booked through the month of July. I will NOT be booking appointments for August until June. I apologize for any inconvenience and will be happy to add you to my waitlist for possible openings. Feel free to text/call me at
(217) 638-5896 with any questions etc. It would be my pleasure to refer anyone that is unable to schedule an appointment with me to other fantastic Massage Therapists in the Springfield area. With that being said, please allow 48 hours for cancellations. Clients receive three
reminder/confirmation texts from the time of booking. Appointments cannot be canceled via automated texts. You must call/text
(217) 638-5896 or email gthomas@bellalunaspainc.com to cancel your appointment. I completely understand emergencies come up and cannot be avoided at times as I have had a few myself and appreciate the understanding. However, if you simply don’t show up or cancel last minute, full payment will be required in the amount of your missed service. Please respect my time as I do my best to respect yours.

Hello everyone! I have a few announcements… I first want to thank all of my amazing clients for your loyalty and patience as I understand it has been a bit difficult to make appointments with me as of late. I hate that I cannot accommodate everyone as quickly as I would like! With that being said, I will no longer be accepting new clients for the remainder of 2021. Clearly, if you are a new client and have a gift card with me or you have purchased a gift card for someone who has never been to me, I will absolutely honor that! I will reevaluate come 2022! Also, I will not be booking appointments into 2022 until October. It’s just getting too far ahead of me at this point. Also changing in 2022, I will only book out three months at a time. I apologize if this inconveniences anyone, but please understand I am only one person and it makes it very difficult to plan anything with my family etc. I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for each and every one of you for entrusting me and referring your friends/family to me! It means more than you know!

Update for Covid-19 guidelines:
This is just a clarification regarding the Covid-19 guidelines... I have had a few clients ask me if I am going to text/call them when it is time for them to enter the building. No, I will not be texting/calling prior to your appointment. I don’t usually have time to do so... please just enter the building at your scheduled appointment time. Also, I failed to mention in my previous post I will have a short three question waiver that clients will be required to answer and sign. Again, thank you all for your understanding and support! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Covid-19 guidlines:
*Please remain in your car until your appointment time.
*you must be wearing a mask to enter the building (technicians will be required to wear a mask a well.)
*please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you do, they will have to remain in the car.
*no children permitted inside the building
*temperatures will be taken upon entering the building
*please be mindful upon entering of social distancing.

I would also like to ensure clients that we are doing everything in our power to create and sustain a clean, disinfected yet relaxing environment. Your cooperation is very much appreciated as this is new to all of us. Looking forward to seeing
