Deadbugs🪲
My holy grail exercise that I do every single day and you should too if you want to live more pain-free.

If you are experiencing low-back pain, hip pain, have had babies, have an anterior pelvic tilt, or want to strengthen your low back and deep core, this is for you🙌

The most important part that I cannot stress enough is keeping your low back and core grounded down to the floor throughout this exercise.

This exercise can be really tricky on your brain the first few times you do this. But as you do these consistently you’ll notice that it gets easier and you don’t have to think about it so much.
That’s ✨neuorplasticity✨baby

Do these every day, 1-3 times/day over a few weeks and you may start thinking, low-back pain who?

I’m feeling beyond grateful for this past weekend at Cider Days 💫

I was able to meet so many wonderful people and share my passion for bodywork. I’ve been absolutely buzzing with energy since Saturday.

I definitely underestimated just how busy ya’ll would keep me this weekend! Needless to say, I’m exhausted today but in the best way😌

Luckily I have a great friend who was looking out for me and was able to grab a few pictures😅
