Brady has a love for fitness and health! He was suffering under reactive nerves firing to his left side scapular region. This diminished his muscle activation creating an imbalance which was leading to more instability. After several weeks of treatment with us at NeuroFlex, workouts have improved with increased muscle activation and reversing the muscle atrophy he was noticing. Now with just a little maintenance, Brady has continued to train hard without pain or disruption.

One of our youngest clients to date. Lillyana is a competitive cheerleader that was having trouble achieving the amount of flexibility she needed to nail certain holds.

After an initial consultation, she couldn’t reach her toes due to low back and hamstring restrictions. After 2 1/2 sessions, we had her palms flat to the floor while being pain free, which led to her significant improvements in her cheer!
