We’re grateful for the opportunity to join the Advocates for Community Health Best Practices Showcase, where health centers from across the country shared new ways to serve their communities.

Our team highlighted Jordan Valley Community Health Center's work to expand senior care by opening the first PACE program in Southwest Missouri! 💙

Under the theme, “Innovations in Health Care Access,” the event highlighted one central truth: CHCs are not waiting for change—they are building it from the ground up.

We're so proud of our very own, Garret McIntosh, for his leadership and commitment to our participants.

CONGRATS TO GARRET, A HEART OF A HERO WINNER! Garrett McIntosh, a local hero who works at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, won a gift certificate to Fazoli's ! 😋❤️

Garrett was nominated by Michelle who shared, "Garrett is a leader that puts forth the effort to not only make sure patients are taken care of, but also that staff is appreciated."

Michelle was also nominated by other staff, but was off this week on vacation, however still wanted to show her team the appreciation they deserve! 😊

The Jordan Valley Community Health Center Pumpkin Decorating Contest has begun, and we let our participants join in on the fun by making our pumpkin for the competition. 🎃
