Ortho-k is short for orthokeratology, the method of reshaping the cornea with small contact lenses while you sleep. The lenses are removed upon waking and you will enjoy clear vision throughout the day without glasses or contacts! 🤩

People with mild to moderate myopia are the best candidates for ortho-k. It's a great option for children and young adults who don't want to wear glasses, are poor candidates for refractive surgery, or don't want to take the risk of surgery. Ortho-k may just be the answer you've been looking for!

463 Main Street Bennington, home of Moulton's Spectacle Shoppe, will change hands when the Smith family of Springfield buys the property between the Cone Building and The Gamer's Grotto. Closing is expected in October at which point the Smiths open Springfield Family Eyecare which will include an on-site optometrist ... which is much needed because waiting lists for other optometrists are a mile long.
