🎄 Secret Santa Ornament Exchange! 🎅
We’re spreading some holiday cheer this season with a Secret Santa Ornament Exchange between our residents and another nursing facility! ❤️
Each resident will create a special ornament to send to their Secret Santa friend at our partner facility. In return, they’ll receive a surprise ornament made just for them!
This is a lovely way for residents to connect, share joy, and celebrate the holiday spirit together. 🌟
Let’s make this season bright — one ornament at a time!

As our Halloween festivities come to a close, we take time to reflect and celebrate All Saints’ Day and Día de los Mu***os — two meaningful traditions that remind us to honor the lives and memories of those who came before us.
🕯️ All Saints’ Day invites us to remember the saints and loved ones who have inspired us with faith, kindness, and courage.
💐 Día de los Mu***os, rooted in Mexican and Spanish culture, is a joyful celebration of life and remembrance — filled with colorful altars, marigolds, candles, music, and the sharing of stories that keep memories alive.
These observances remind us of the deep connections that unite generations, cultures, and hearts. 💖
May we carry forward love, gratitude, and the spirit of remembrance today and always.

📣The St. John’s Auxiliary plays a vital role in promoting and supporting the needs and programming of the residents,tenants, and staff of St. John’s Circle of Care. Through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and community partnerships, the Auxiliary helps make meaningful moments happen—from Nursing Home Week donations and their Burger Fry fundraiser, and upcoming waffle fundraiser at The Maples at St. John on Sunday, to a $500 scholarship awarded each year to a high school student employed by St. Johns!

💵Membership is just $5.00 per YEAR, and all are welcome to join! (Membership Dues can be given to ANY Auxiliary member or dropped of at St. Johns with your name listed). MEMBERS DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND BOARD MEETINGS!

📋The Auxiliary meets monthly (excluding June, July, and December) and is led by a dedicated board with representatives from eight area churches.
